Archive and playback

The Archive window lists stored recordings with date, time, length, filename and path, and provides playback controls for reviewing them.

Reviewing a recording

  1. Open Archive. Select Archive from the main window.
  2. Locate the required time. Use the Date and Time columns, then confirm the filename and path.
  3. Select the entry. Click the recording row that you want to hear.
  4. Play and navigate. Use Play, Pause, Stop and the progress bar to review the relevant section.
  5. Confirm the source file. When a recording is needed outside BroadcastLogger, use the displayed filename and path to locate it in Windows.

PLAYBACK DEVICE: If the archive appears to play but no audio is heard, return to Settings and check the selected Playback device and Windows output volume.
